  • Our new automated call analysis engine that will automatically flag calls with issues for our engineering team to review is live. This new engine is a part of our commitment to improving the reliability and stability of our platform.
  • Improved sentiment and emotion detection. The caller's tone of voice, pace and other factors now have more weight in the sentiment information.
  • [Beta] Training suggestions are now included with your transcript emails. These are actionable tips on how to make your agent better based on the call's performance.
  • You will now be able to view all the transcripts even for the transferred portion of the call.
  • The summary will now also contain the transferred portion of the call, giving you much better visibility.
  • Lots of performance and bug fixes. Notable bugs fixed: transfer goes into loop sometimes, duplicated transfer messages when the call ends.

  • We have reduced the pricing for transferred calls by 50%. From now, you will receive 10 credits per minute back for the transferred portion of any call.
